2009 Phillip Island GP winner Casey Stoner has given his support for the Pink Ribbon Ride, by donating and signing a T-shirt, to be used as a fundraiser for the cause. Casey's marketing manager commented that Casey's focus at "The Island" was such that he would not be involved with any signings this weekend. Thankfully Casey made an exception (for which we are grateful) and we will have the shirt on offer at the Pink Ribbon Ride.
The shirt will be professionally framed, and on offer to the highest bidder during the silent auction on Sunday the 25th. Other items up for auction are a Framed pink 2009 Australian GP Grid Girl T-shirt signed by Troy Bayliss, Wayne Gardner and Mick Doohan and a rare 2000 Phillip Island Yamaha baseball cap signed by Max Biagi.
Those who prefer to have a lucky dip, there will be a raffle. Tickets are $3 for 1, $5 for 2 or $10 for 5. Some of the prices are 2x Grandstand passes to the 2010 Australian F1-GP, golf day for 4 people at Sanctuary Lakes private golf course, advanced rider training voucher from Stay Upright, posters signed by Girl Power Amy O'mara on the pink #68 Yamaha race-bike, 2x Good Wool Store sheepskin motorcycle seat covers, Girlrider Leather jacket plus many other prizes.
